Advantages of a One- on- One free Introductory Class
1. You get a good direct experience of some of the Yoga Practices.
2. All your questions get answered.
3. There is no commitment to sign up for any course after taking the Introductory Class. If you do not wish to enroll in any Course after the Introductory session,
it is perfectly fine.

The 5-Sessions Pranayama & Meditation Course is included in
the 15- Session Comprehensive Course & in the 10-Session Seniors Course

A participant who completes the 5-Session Pranayama & Meditation Course and then wishes to join the Comprehensive 15-Session course will only need to attend 10 additional sessions. Similarly, after completing the 5-Session Pranayama & Meditation Course, only 5 more Sessions are required to complete
the 10-session Seniors Course.
