A participant who completes the 5-Session Pranayama & Meditation Course and then wishes to join the Comprehensive 15-Session course will only need to attend 10 additional sessions. Similarly, after completing the 5-Session Pranayama & Meditation Course, only 5 more Sessions are required to complete
the 10-session Seniors Course.

Asanas - Body Postures

The Asanas covered in the course are thoughtfully grouped to focus on specific health benefits, including:

  • Arthritis Prevention and Relief: Gentle movements to alleviate joint stiffness & pain and to improve mobility.

  • Eye Strengthening: Exercises to enhance eye health and function.

  • Digestive Health: Asanas that aid digestion and improve gut health.
